so I didn't really have any reason to suspect that my back would start killing almost a week after pushing a Buick... but that's what happened... at the moment, anything but lying flat causes cringing...
You should try back presses, they help my back, you lie on the floor and press your back to the ground and hold it for 10 seconds and you do it 10 times.;)

that day was the worst of it though...
but yeah, I did want to work my back & abs so they'll never be that weak again...
